What is Count Community?

Your social score is collated from a comprehensive analysis of all of your social media activity, covering all aspects of your interactions from your social, spending and geographical activity, to the content you are publishing and interacting with. 

Count Community shows you a complete overview of your digital footprint which creates your social score, your social score can be used to assess factors such as your personality, your trustworthiness, your employability and your creditworthiness.

What is a social score?

Most companies, banks and organisations are known to use an individual’s social scores to help with important decision-making. Your social media activity can actively become a decisive factor in some important moments in your life, such as getting your dream job or accessing a financial product. 

How do I get my social score?

Add your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts to your Count Community account and navigate to your dashboard to see a complete breakdown of your social score. Ensure you add them all to get the best and most accurate social score we can provide.

How can I change my password?

To change your password at any time, simply sign in to your account, go to your ‘Profile’ page and then go to ‘Change Password’ to create a new password. Click the ‘Confirm Change’ button and your password will be immediately changed.

How can I change my payment information and contact details?

To change your personal or payment information on your Count Community account, don’t hesitate to get in touch with a team member by sending us a message through the contact form or using the information below.

Can I get a refund?

Once your Count Community account has been created, you have entered a contract in which you agreed to pay a monthly subscription fee of £19.79. You can cancel your membership, if you want to, at any time and you will no longer be charged. Payments you have already made will be non-refundable.
